Through That 1 Painter's Paint It Forward initiative, Geoff and his team donated a full repaint of the offices of Rebuild Upstate, a Greenville nonprofit that completed more than 800 home preservation projects in 2025 to help low-income homeowners stay safely in their homes. The project gave the organization a fresh, professional space to keep serving families across the region.

"One of our core values is generosity," Geoff says. And he's already committed to donating another project in 2026.
