Luis Avello is a Chilean native who earned his MBA from the Universidad de Chile. He along with his family moved to Florida ten years ago and he’s excited to open his That 1 Painter South Orlando franchise and bring his services to the area. In his spare time, Luis enjoys fishing both in Florida and in the Chilean Patagonia.

Based on her devotion to help others, Sandy has taken this step to assister her community in Lake Nona and surrounding areas. Not only is her goal to help others, but to keep the community beautiful and help boost the local economy.
